All About Me

Hello, and welcome to my leadership journey!

My name is Ramiro Zamora, and I currently serve as the Literacy Coach at Cesar Chavez Elementary School. I am passionate about fostering a collaborative culture of learning where teachers and students grow together through shared goals, reflective practice, and data-driven decision-making.

I am pursuing my Administrative Services Credential through the University of Massachusetts Global, where I am developing the skills and vision needed to lead equitable, student-centered schools. My coursework and fieldwork focus on building strong Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), supporting teacher clarity through the Gradual Release of Responsibility model, and using evidence-based strategies to close achievement gaps.

As an educator and lifelong learner, I believe that every classroom and campus should reflect equity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This blog documents my reflections, leadership artifacts, and ongoing growth as I prepare to take the next step toward school administration.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of learning, leading, and transforming school culture.
